Operation Zack is the episode in which Zack is injured and needs an operation on his knee. He is worried about the operation and tries to leave the hospital, but Lisa's mother catches him. Lisa talks to him and stays with him through the operation.
Fake I.D.'s is the episode in which Zack lies to a girl he meets by saying that he goes to college. Zack, Slater, and Screech make Fake I.D's to get into an over-18 club. They see Kelly's new boyfriend there with another girl. In the end, Kelly breaks up with her boyfriend and Zack's mother catches the guys at the club.
